Moving on

Everything has been so different from how it was 4 days ago.

We have already had too much of tragedy but it's still going on

in the North eastern Japan.

Here in Hiroshima we were just lucky. We weren't affected by the earthquake.

But this tragedy has stuck in my heart so deep and would never go away.

The scenes of the tsunamis surging to the cities and devouring everything

just in a flash were nothing but the actual hell.

Day by day, the numbers of casualties are updated and so far

over 7000 people  were reported dead and what's more, over 20,000 were

still unknown.

The people in the stricken areas are still suffering and are frighten

of the disaster.

With all this tragedy I saw and heard here, all I could have done

for them was donating. But even if I have done this, I am not sure

when they can have supports with it.

Feeling myself worried and sad...and even guilty to have this normal life here,

I feel like we have to stop what we are doing now to pray for them.

But I don't think it is a right thing.

I think all we have to do is to work hard and live our lives for the

Japanese future.

We have to move on.


During this tragedy only thing I am happy with is so many prayers from all over the world.

ウサギヤ５周年イベント大盛況！

ウサギヤさんの５周年記念イベント、本日無事終了いたしました！

本日のイベント会場、古い民家をとてもお洒落に改装した、古江の一角に佇む

「かくれ舎」さんの前には、開店前から列を成すお客様で賑わい、

午前中のうちは自由に身動きを取ることも難しいほど

たくさんのお客様で会場が埋め尽くされました。

いや、こちらは開店前の写真です。

開店後はとても写真を撮れる様な状況ではなかったのであります。^^;

キッチンスペースを利用したくつろぎのカフェコーナー。

カヌレやマカロンなど、おしゃれなお菓子が並びました。
 

しかし、洋雑貨と和の空間がこれほどマッチするとは・・・

Junkoママのセンスが光ります。

このドンキーたち、大人気でした♪

 靴職人さんによる革靴のオーダーメイドコーナー。

やはり本物は一味違いますね。
