Since I have baked so many bagels in my life,
now I can make them almost without thinking!
This is my way of "How to make bagels"
using a breadmaker.

INGREDIENTS
(for 8 bagels)
400g bread flour
2 Tbls sugar
1 1/2 tsps salt
15g butter
1 tsps instant yeast
200ml warm water
Put all the ingredients except the yeast in the breadmaker.
Place the yeast in the certain place.
Wait until it makes the daugh.
Divide the daugh into 8 equal portions.
Press and roll out each portion...
until it is flat and oval.
Roll it tight into a rope.
Make sure to pinch it to seal
so that the joint will not separate while baking.
Roll it back and forth to taper it a little.
Bring the ends together
and overlap them...
then pinch them to seal.
Roll it back and forth to make a nice form.
Leaven them in a warm place for about 30 min.
(The time depends on temperature.)
When they are leavened well...
Boil them in the simmering water.
(for 1 min at one side)
Place them in the preheated oven
and bake them for 20min with 180℃.
See if they bacame a light golden brown.
If they are....
that means it's time to take a bite!!
